Point East Restoration Complete
The 6 million dollar building renovation is complete! We have done concrete restoration, painting of the building and walkways, new mansard, railings and other wonderful improvements.
We have some more work to do but will have it all completed during the off season.

Point East Condominiums
Point East Condos is a family friendly complex located on one of the most tranquil beaches of the Atlantic Ocean. The complex features 84 ocean view, two bedroom, 2 bathroom units. It is the first complex on the north end of the NO-Drive section of the beach. We have a large oceanfront pool, kiddie pool and shuffle boards courts. Point East also has a great pavilion that comfortably seats 24 with large serving table and flat screen TV to watch your favorite sporting event while taking in the Florida sun.
Point East is adjacent to the 27th Avenue park which has a ramp for handicap access to the beach, basketball court and handball courts. It is also located within walking distance to a convenience store, oceanfront restaurant, grocery store and restaurants and beach shops.
While spending your time at the beach you may want to take in some of the central Florida attractions such as Disney World, Universal Studios and Kennedy Space Center which is approximately an hour and a half drive from New Smyrna. We are also a 30 minute drive to the Daytona International Speedway.
Point East is a short walk up the beach to Chases’ on the Beach, a popular restaurant and bar. Also, within walking distance are a grocery store, several restaurants, convenience store and beach shops.
